Non-Participating Lender Release

To release a lien, the lienholder must, within 15 days after receiving payment notify the Department of Motor Vehicles electronically or file a ELT Non-Participating Lender Lien Release Application with any County Treasurer's Office. If you prefer to fax this application to the Dawson County Treasurer office please fax to 308-324-9838.
